Modern exhibitions with many new features and old acquaintances await guests on the tour of the Katharinenhalle. Four exhibition areas illustrate the evolution of life from the sea, highlight interactions between humans and the sea, present diversity and show strategies for sustainable fishing.

The new building with its impressive large aquarium will lead into the modernized aquarium cellar. The tanks show habitats from the Caribbean to the Pacific and the Indian Ocean.

Until the completion of the aquarium tour in the MEERESMUSEUM, a discount of 50 percent on the regular admission price applies.

Adults (25-65 years): € 9 instead of € 18 

Reduced rate1: 7 € instead of 14 € 

Children 4-16 years: 4 € instead of 8 € 

Children 0-3 years: free admission
